We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can check in and begin to relax. RESERVATIONS Advance reservations are recommended. A credit card# or gift certificate# is required when making a reservation. CANCELLATIONS Please give us a 24 hour notice before any cancellations to avoid a 50% service charge. No - shows, including gift certificate holders, will be charged 100% of the treatment fees. VALUABLES We suggest you leave jewelry & valuables at home. If you decide to bring them, please keep them with you in the treatment room. CELL PHONES AND PAGERS In consideration for all our guests, please mute all pagers & cell phones. LATE ARRIVALS In consideration of other guests, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service time and will be responsible for their full service rates. GRATUITIES Gratuities for services may be considered at the clients discretion, and are very much appreciated. Cash & tip envelopes are available at the front desk. CHILDREN Respectfully, no children under 16 will be allowed. SMOKING Please be advised, we are a non - smoking facility. HEALTH CONCERNS Please advise the receptionist if you have any health problems, including high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, etc. - also, any medications you may be taking. FORMS OF PAYMENT Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Traveler's Checks are all welcome.
